This program aims to enhance leadership skills of Deck and Engine officers handling sensitive positions onboard through different fun activities such as games, role-play situations and group dynamics. Coaching, motivation and delegation skills of the participants come to the fore, allowing them to discover their leadership styles, strengths and weaknesses as a leader.
