This Electro-Technical Skills Training course is an electrical skills upgrading program designed for Marine Engineer Officers who would be tasked to work with electro-technical systems on board Ships. Aiming to upgrade the knowledge, understanding and proficiency of trainee participants along the area of marine electrical engineering, the course is designed consistent with the standard of competence in function electrical, electronic and control engineering at the operational level in Table A-III/6 of STCW2010.The learning-by-doing method of teaching on the delivery of training are shared in 60% practical exercises and 40% theoretical lectures.
