This course provides students with practical skills and knowledge in the effective management of food service operations. It presents basic service principles while emphasizing the importance of meeting the needs and, whenever possible, exceeding the expectations of guests. Furthermore the course focuses on food safety standards in the preparation and serving of food.
This course is open to catering personnel such as Chief Cooks, 2nd Cooks and Messmen.
