The course is developed especially for merchant mariners who are expected to be better team players on board and competent professionals in their duties and capacities. This will give trainees the opportunity to build confidence, understand and appreciate the essence of “communication” in everyday lives, how it affects the organization and the maritime industry. This will also enhance interpersonal communication skills with the intention to build harmonious relationships at work, at home and community.
