This is a 2-day training that highlights the fundamentals of safe and proper forklift operation, from basic theory to practical application. It introduces participants to the various types of forklifts, parts of a forklift, pre/post-use inspections of equipment, and different loading techniques. In general, it will increase the participants’ safety awareness, efficiency and confidence in operating a forklift. The training includes lecture, as well as a written test and performance evaluation of each individual.
