Carrying the theme “All In, For the Win!”, PHILCAMSAT held its annual team building on June 21–22, 2025, at the Blue Coral Beach Resort in Laiya, Batangas. The event brought together employees and instructors for a weekend of fun, fellowship, and renewed connection.

Five vibrant teams — Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, and Red — participated in games and group activities designed to spark teamwork and collaboration. From morning challenges that tested agility and communication, to laid-back seaside bonding seaside bonding and a lively evening filled with awards and videoke, the entire experience was a celebration of what truly powers PHILCAMSAT — its people.

During the opening program, PHILCAMSAT Vice President Capt. Pol Winston G. Haboc delivered an inspiring message that set the tone for the event and served as a powerful reminder of the organization’s mission and the vital role each team member plays in achieving it.

The event was more than just a welcome break from daily routines — it was a meaningful celebration of unity and shared commitment. One thing is clear — when the PHILCAMSAT team goes all in, they truly win together.
