PHILCAMSAT recently held its Strategic Planning and Operations Alignment Session to ensure teams are fully aligned on priorities, initiatives, and resources for 2026. The session provided a platform for section leads to present their plans within the context of the Strategic Plan Cascade, translating organizational strategy into actionable, team-level initiatives.

Facilitated by the Business Development Team, the cascade ensures that business development strategies are fully aligned with operational capacity, cross-functional resources, and organizational readiness. This coordination enables realistic planning, optimized resource allocation, and smoother execution of organizational priorities, positioning PHILCAMSAT to achieve its 2026 targets and sustain growth in the years ahead.

During his opening message, PHILCAMSAT’s Vice President, Capt. Pol Haboc, emphasized the critical role of team alignment in achieving organizational targets and driving sustainable growth.
