Controlling Onboard Behavior at the Management Level
Course Description
This is a 3-day course aimed at enhancing the skills of management level officers in controlling on-board behaviour through proper leadership and management competencies. Lectures, group dynamics and role play situations to make the teaching-learning situations more meaningful and fun are used.
The course is open to all Management Level officers for deck and engine.
