This 3-day course provides background and skills necessary for effective incident investigation and root cause analysis. It familiarizes the participants with the root cause analysis process and the tool sand techniques to structure a successful investigation program for the company, including corrective action implementation. The analysis is then used to identify areas for change, recommendations and sustainable solutions, to help minimize the repetition of the same incident type in the future.
