This course aims to cover all aspects of mess duties and responsibilities in order for the trainee to be able to function effectively as a Messman on board a vessel.Every trainee will undergo a progressive program on solid training covering sanitary food handling, maintenance of personal health and mess hall food service procedures good housekeeping and receiving and storing provision and supplies.
