Passage Planning (with Practical Application Using Simulator)
Course Description
This course is based on Section A, Chapter VIII, Part 2 of the STCW Code and the provisions of SOLAS Chapter V, Annexes 24 and 25. It is a 2-day course which covers both theoretical and practical aspects of passage planning, taking into account its four key elements: appraising, planning, execution and monitoring.
This course is designed for deck officers in the operational level.
