Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Service to Passengers in Passenger Spaces
Course Description
This Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Service to Passengers in Passenger Spaces course covers the mandatory competences and the required knowledge, understanding and proficiencies prescribed in Section A-V/2 paragraph 2 of the STCW Code. This requires a total of six (6) instructional hours to cover the topics.
Entry to the course is open to all trainees who have completed the Basic Training (BT).
They must be medically fit to enable them to participate in all aspects of the training particularly the practical exercises (Medical Certificate- PEME format).
