This course is designed to minimize the risk of incidents and accidents by encouraging safe and responsible decision making. It also includes practical exercises that promote right behavior and attitude of an officer in the bridge, engine room and elsewhere onboard while dealing with emergencies, accidents, pressures, and etc.
