Course Description
Tailor-made to meet the requirements of the Maritime Lab our Convention 2006 (MLC 2006), specifically of Standard A3.2 –Food and Catering, this5-day course, for cooks aims to tackle, through theoretical and practical approach, different topics in Food Management as stated in Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the said standard.
This course is open to catering personnel such as Chief Cooks and 2nd Cooks.
