This is a one (1) day course that provides trainees awareness on the hazards of working at height, safety equipment to be used and rescue procedures in suspension trauma and confined space. Practical exercises will familiarize them with inspecting harness, donning and using lanyards, using the fall arrest equipment and effecting rescue from vertical ladder and confined space.
