PHILCAMSAT welcomes global participants for successful Dry CA-EBS Training

PHILCAMSAT continues to reinforce its position as a trusted global provider of maritime safety training with the successful conduct of its Dry CA-EBS Initial Deployment Training (IDT), recently attended by participants from Croatia and the United States.

This milestone highlights PHILCAMSAT’s growing international reach and its unwavering commitment to delivering world-class, safety-driven training programs that meet the evolving needs of maritime professionals across the globe.

Aligned with the latest update from OPITO, the Dry CA-EBS IDT certification is now valid for four years. This enhancement allows for more efficient certification planning while maintaining the highest standards of safety and competency in offshore emergency response. As part of the updated requirements, revalidation is recommended through the appropriate OPITO Further Offshore Emergency Training (FOET) with CA-EBS upon the expiry of a learner’s current BOSIET or FOET certificate, ensuring continuous readiness and compliance with global safety protocols.

Through initiatives such as these, PHILCAMSAT remains dedicated to equipping maritime professionals with globally recognized competencies, strengthening both individual preparedness and industry-wide safety standards.
